Mill Valley 28, Olathe East 7
Max Roh ran for two touchdowns and caught a third to lead the Jaguars (6-1, 6-1 Sunflower League), ranked second in Class 5A, in a game played Thursday night at the College Boulevard Activity Center in Olathe.

Roh ran for 111 yards to lead all rushers as his touchdowns went for 29 yards and 22 yards. He also caught a 25-yard TD from Hayden Jay.

Jay completed 12 of his 16 passes for 154 yards. His 16-yard touchdown pass to Kenrick Jones in the final minute of the first half broke what had been a 7-7 tie.

Austin Berggren connected with Nick Elliott for a 13-yard touchdown completion less than a minute earlier to get Olathe East (1-6, 1-6) on the scoreboard.

St. James Academy 37, Blue Valley North 22
Jackson House three for three touchdowns and 344 yards to lead the host Thunder to third consecutive win after an 0-4 start to the season.

John Niesen was a favorite receiver, accounting for 197 yards receiving and a 29-yard touchdown on eight catches.

House added a team-high 83 yards rushing for St. James (3-4, 2-4 Eastern Kansas League)

Henry Martin threw for 328 yards and a pair of touchdowns as the Mustangs (3-4, 3-3) played from behind throughout and trailed by as many as 24 points.

The teams combined for 959 yards of offense.

Basehor-Linwood 58, Lansing 13
Powered by three touchdowns from Zack Sisemore and 221 yards passing and three total touchdowns from Brady Garrison, the host Bobcats remained undefeated.

After a scoreless first quarter, the Class 4A No. 2 Bobcats (7-0, 5-0 United Kansas Conference) erupted for 38 points in the second quarter.

Sisemore finished with 153 yards of offense and Garrison added 55 yards rushing on top of his passing totals.

Tyrone Butler rushed for 124 yards for the Lions (2-5, 2-3), who finished with 123 yards of offense.

Bishop Ward 48, Osawatomie 0
James Jarrett III scored four touchdowns -- all in the first half -- to lead the host Cyclones their third-consecutive win.

Jarrett III needed just eight carries to reach 100 yards to lead all rushers. Chris Galloway added 127 yards receiving and quarterback Chritian Stein passed for 203 yards. He also added a rushing touchdown for Bishop Ward (4-3).

Javon Roach added a 65-yard kickoff return touchdown.

Osawatomie dropped to 0-7.
