Again this year PrepsKC is partnering with Price Chopper to highlight some of the outstanding students who are working at your local Price Chopper.
These students are balancing school, work and extracurricular activities every day. PrepsKC and Price Chopper will recognize two each week during the regular season.
This final Price Chopper Student Athlete of the week for 2024 is Aiden Pickering of Harrisonville High School. He plays football for the Wildcats and is cashier/courtesy clerk at the Harrisonville Price Chopper. Pickering said he enjoys working here because of the flexible hours.
His manager had this to say about him:
“Aiden is an outstanding teammate. He is willing to do any job that is asked of him and is always wanting to learn more. He always has a smile and positive attitude.”
