Again this year PrepsKC is partnering with Price Chopper to highlight some of the outstanding students who are working at your local Price Chopper.
These students are balancing school, work and extracurricular activities every day. PrepsKC and Price Chopper will recognize two each week during the regular season.
This week’s second Price Chopper Student Athlete of the week is Yasmin Rutledge from Paola High School. She is a cashier at the Paola Price Chopper and plays track, basketball and cross country for the Panthers.
Rutledge said she likes working at Price Chopper because it's a fun environment and she enjoys talking to people.
