It’s time for another BEYOUnion.com Kansas vs. Missouri All-Star Game and the Kansas squad has named its coaching staff.
The game will take place Friday June 14, at Mill Valley High School. The Kansas squad will be led by Mill Valley Head Coach Joel Applebee who led the Jaguars to their fifth straight state championship in 2023.
Joining him will be Staley coach Drew Hudgins as defensive coordinator and Blue Valley Southwest assistant coach Brandon Hawks as offensive coordinator.
The rest of the defensive staff is Mill Valley assistant Mike Strack, Shawnee Mission East Head Coach Mark Simoneau, Tonganoxie Head Coach Preston Troyer and Eudora coach Drew Steffen.
Filling out the offensive staff is former Center coach Bryan DeLong, Mill Valley assistant Gene Wier, Bishop Miege Head Coach Jon Holmes and Miege assistant Adrian Pearson.
