Take a look back at Week 7

Welcome to Five From Friday our weekly feature that highlights some of the best quotes, notes, stats and performances of the games Friday night.

Quote of the night
“For conference standings and for district numbers, it was a really important game. This was probably the most important game that North Kansas City and Oak Park have ever played against each other, going back to the 60s. So, getting the W against a well-coached team like North Kansas City is an honor for us.” – Oak Park Coach Ken Clemens after his team’s 13-6 win over North Kansas City

Stat line of the night
Gabe Fields, running back, St. Joseph Central – It was a big night for the Indians ball carrier as he went for 331 yards and six touchdowns on 24 carries in Central’s 53-47 win over Excelsior Springs

The game wasn’t really in question but Da’Marcus Penson put the game away with 4:12 left in the first half with his second score of the night.
