Again this year PrepsKC is partnering with Price Chopper to highlight some of the outstanding students who are working at your local Price Chopper.
These students are balancing school, work and extracurricular activities every day. PrepsKC and Price Chopper will recognize two each week during the regular season.
The first Price Chopper Student Athlete of the week is Lance Peters. Peters attends St. Joseph Central and plays football. He works in his local Price Chopper and volunteers at his church and Second Harvest.
Peters’ manager had this to say about him:
“Lance is always willing to take on new tasks. He's always ready to learn.”
