Again this year PrepsKC is partnering with Price Chopper to highlight some of the outstanding students who are working at your local Price Chopper.
These students are balancing school, work and extracurricular activities every day. PrepsKC and Price Chopper will recognize two each week during the regular season.
This week’s first Price Chopper Student Athlete of the week is Williams Johnston from St. Joseph Central. Johnston plays basketball for the Indians and is a day clerk at the St. Joseph Price Chopper. He also volunteers with the Food-4-Kids summer program.
Williams’ manager said of him: “Williams sets a good example for all employees. He’s hardworking, polite, his smile is contagious. I have no doubt that Williams future is bright.”
