Again this year PrepsKC is partnering with Price Chopper to highlight some of the outstanding students who are working at your local Price Chopper.
These students are balancing school, work and extracurricular activities every day. PrepsKC and Price Chopper will recognize two each week during the regular season.
The first Price Chopper Student Athlete this week is Gavin Ray of East Buchanan. He is a day clerk at the Price Chopper in St. Joseph and plays football for the Bulldogs.
Gavin’s manager said he is very friendly and “He’s not afraid to strike up a conversation with adults. Hospitality is his specialty. He always makes a point to ask you how your day is going when he comes in.”
