Stat line of the night
Ivan Webb, senior tailback, Schlagle – Webb had another huge night with 378 yards and seven touchdowns in Schlagle’s 56-8 win over Washington. Webb now has 1,234 and 15 TDs in just four games this season.

Call of the night
Azaiah Bello had a big 90-yard pick six to help Blue Springs beat Rockhurst 21-14. Vision Sports Rob Evans had the call on the video by Steve Bubalo.

Team of the night
Basehor-Linwood – The Bobcats hammered Independence 50-0 to move to 4-0. Basehor-Linwood has yet to give up a point this season while scoring 219 points. The Bobcats have been the most dominant team to start the season.

Big Winner
Platte County – The Pirates beat Liberty 35-28 in overtime for their signature win of the season. Platte County battled all night and even overcame a last second TD that tied the game and sent it into overtime. It’s looking like it could be a special season for the Pirates.
