Summer is almost here and it’s a good time for you or your athlete to take their game to the next level.

The University of Kansas Health System Sports Medicine and Performance Center has a great Summer Sports Performance training program at the Performance Center:

It’s a 10-week program from June 2 – August 8

There’s an early-bird discount of up to 20% for those that register by May 16

There are sessions for athletes from 8 years old through college.

Developmental class (For ages 8-12)

Offered up to 5 times per week

Morning option: 9-10 a.m. Monday-Friday

Evening option: 5:30-6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Sports performance or female sports performance class (Ages 12-up)

Offered up to 4 times per week

Sports performance: 2-3:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Female sports performance:

11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Collegiate sports performance

Offered up to 4 times per week

2-3:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
