The summer is time for fun but it is also a time for athletes to improve. The Sports Medicine and Performance Center at the University of Kansas Health System has programs for both high school and youth athletes.

The Varsity Sports Performance and the Youth Speed School begin next week and if you sign up by June 4.

We caught up with Program and Facility Coordinator Ryan Sloop for a podcast detailing what athletes can expect with the program.
