KNOB NOSTER, Mo. — North Platte continued its strong start, winning a third straight tight matchup to move to 3-0.

The Panthers scored in overtime on quarterback Levi Hill’s 1-yard dive, and he added a two-point run. North Platte then held Knob Noster out of the end zone to preserve the win.

Zach Emmendorfer scored on a 20-yard run in the fourth quarter, and Jacob Heese’s extra-point kick tied it up.

North Platte beat state-ranked South Harrison 28-9 last week. The Panthers now host 1-2 Plattsburg before playing winless Lathrop in Week 5.
