When the teams take the field 7 p.m. Thursday for the 27th Annual Kansas vs. Missouri All-Star Game pride will be on the line.

It’s always on the line as these teams look to get bragging rights for a calendar year. While bragging rights are on the line there will also be another element that plays into it.

The Streak.

Missouri has won seven straight games with the last Kansas win coming in 2010. This time the game is back in Kansas for the first time in five years and the home squad is looking to break the streak.

Leavenworth will host and the Kansas squad is coached by Pioneers Head Coach Mark Littrell. He talked about getting that streak ended on the first day of practice

Missouri is looking to continue and improve on it’s all-time record of 14-11. It will do it with a smaller squad but the players have worked hard to come together in a short period of time.

There is no TV or webcast of the game so the only place to see it is at Leavenworth High School. Tickets are available at the door.
