The psychological side of ACL recovery 4/4

Tearing the Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) is an injury that affects athletes in all sports. If you suffered this injury during the football season or this past basketball season you are probably in full recovery and rehab mode.

While the physical work of recovering from the injury is daunting there are also psychological hurdles as well. Below Bryan Vopat, MD, an orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine expert at The University of Kansas Health System discusses mentally recovering from this injury.
