Taylor finished with 321 yards and three TDs in the win. Call of the night Connor Byers did everything in Bonner Springs’ 35-28 win over Lansing. He finished with 197 yards and three TDs passing while racking up 258 yards and two touchdowns rushing the ball. His final long run of the night sealed the deal for the Braves. Connor Byers fifth touchdown of the night – 810 Varsity Team of the night St. Pius X – The Warriors had struggled through the first five weeks of the season but they went to Warrensburg and brought home a 35-31 win over the Tigers. This week they host rival O’Hara Big Winner Olathe Northwest – The Ravens beat Olathe South 34-0. While it was an impressive win all by itself it was also the first time Northwest had beaten South. The streak dates back to 2004.
