Maryville hasn’t been able to start out fast this season, but on Friday night in Smithville the Spoofhounds were able to exorcise those demons behind a very efficient and patient Trent Nally, beating Smithville 50-10.
Maryville’s first drive started on its own 20-yard line, the Spoofhounds went 80 yards on 14 plays eating more than six minutes off the clock. The drive was capped off by senior quarterback Trent Nally who scored from two yards out, after a Spoofhound two-point conversion Maryville led 8-0
