This week we would like to highlight three videos from the Sports Medicine and Performance Center at the University of Kansas Health System that take a look at nutrition and inflamation. 

The first video features Sports Nutriionist Randy Evans discussing how to use food to prevent inflammation instead of causing it.

In this next video Evans discusses how whole foods help high school athletes.

The final video this week talks about how to try to eat healthy for young athletes on the go.
