This year PrepsKC is partnering with Price Chopper to highlight some of the outstanding students who are working at your local Price Chopper.
These students are balancing school, work and extracurricular activities every day. PrepsKC and Price Chopper will recognize two each week during the regular season.
This week’s second Price Chopper Student Athlete of the Week is Adward Frazier Jr. from Rockhurst. Frazier is a defensive tackle for the Hawklets football team and throws shot and discus on the track and field team. He is a sacker and stocker for his local Cosentino’s Price Chopper. Frazier also volunteers at “The Form” Senior Complex.
His store manager said of Frazier:
“Adward has worked for the Cosentino family here at store 106 for the past two summers. His smile and enthusiasm have been a plus for us all at the store. Always a smile as the picture shows and willing to do anything we ask. His winning Best Bagger Contest for this location in 2018 shows his ability to learn and follow thru. We also knew we had someone special when through conversation the first week we found out he was on both sports and academic scholarship at Rockhurst.”
