Lincoln College Prep has quietly built a very solid program the last few seasons. Head Coach William Lowe took over in 2017 and the Tigers have seen their numbers grow every year.

This season there are more than 60 out for football and a still young group of players enter the season with a lot of experience. That group went 6-4 last season with a perfect 4-0 mark in the Interscholastic League.

When practice began this week Lincoln Prep were moving all over the city to practice. Their new stadium won’t be ready for a game until Oct. 4 but the Tigers have gotten good work in at places like the Manual Tech Center, the Chiefs training facility and Southeast High School.

We caught up with coach Lowe and the Tigers earlier this week. Take a look at Lincoln Prep as it prepares for the 2019 season.
